How to Order
Ordering is very easy. Browse our site and once you have found the product that you like (make a note of the code, colour and size) telephone us on 01803 833233. We will check the availability and advise you immediately if the item is in stock. Alternatively you can e-mail us with the information and we will reply to you as soon as we can.
Once your order has been confirmed you can give us a credit/debit card number on the telephone and we will process your order.
Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT and are valid for items
currently in stock, for a period of 7 days.
How to Pay
We accept credit and debit cards, with information provided by you
over the telephone. Legal title to the goods will not pass to you until full payment for them has been received and cleared.
Delivery
Please note we deliver only within the UK.
You may select one of the following two delivery methods:
Standard Delivery : 1 st class recorded post
- Shoes £3.99, Boots £5.99, Necklace/Belts £2.99, Bag £3.99
- Please note that orders require a signature on receipt.
- Standard delivery is free on orders over £100
Next Working Day : Your order will be delivered between 8am – 5pm on the next working day providing the order is placed before 2pm. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.)

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. You have the right to return any goods within 7 working days of
receipt for a full refund. Return the item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging (please try shoes on indoors on carpet so as not to damage the soles). Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like us to issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the size/colour. We will write to confirm that your return has been processed. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the goods for you. Where you have simply changed your mind, we
ask that you pay the delivery costs. If goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty,
you must notify us in writing and we will contact you to ask whether
you want a full refund (including delivery cost) or replacement.
Legal Statement on Returns
Notifying us within 7 working days of receipt that you wish to return any item will be accepted by us as notice of cancellation of your order. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage unless goods are returned because they are defective) or an exchange if required.
Privacy
Any data you provide to Danielli, whether by telephone, contact form, mailing list subscription or e-mail, will be used only by Danielli for the purpose of handling your order and/or providing you with information about Danielli. Under no circumstances will your details be disclosed to a third party. |
